Security

We know Clintra connects to sensitive business systems: your CRM, marketing platforms, and customer data. Here's how we approach protecting it.

Data encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access to production data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel with a documented need.

Access control

Internal access to customer data follows least-privilege principles, with access reviewed periodically. Customer-facing accounts support role-based permissions so you control who on your team can see and change what.

Infrastructure

Clintra is built on established cloud infrastructure providers with strong physical and network security practices. We rely on their compliance certifications as a foundation and layer our own application-level controls on top.

AI agent governance

AI agents operate within defined boundaries and do not take high-impact actions (publishing content, modifying CRM records at scale, reassigning territories) without human approval. See the AI Agents page for more on how governance works.

Vulnerability reporting

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in Clintra, please contact us so we can investigate and respond promptly.

Higher-tier security controls

SSO, SAML, and audit logging are available on Scale and Enterprise plans. See the Pricing page for details, or contact our sales team for enterprise security requirements.
